If you have trouble installing, licensing, or using Project-Relay, email [email protected].

Refunds

If Project-Relay does not function as described on your system, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If we can’t resolve it, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

License delivery issues

If you didn’t receive your license email or your download was blocked, return to the thank-you page right after checkout to re-download or email the license again.
